I find psychotherapy to be sacred work.

I earned my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I completed my clinical training at Counseling West and the Jung Institute LA, both grounded in depth psychology, and at Creating Change LA, a private practice therapy group primarily focused on relational and intimacy issues.

I love working with individuals and couples. My background is in entertainment and I really understand the trials and tribulations that come with artistic struggle.

I am uniquely qualified to work with those suffering from addiction, having been immersed in the recovery world for over thirty years. I believe change happens collaboratively in the moment. My heart is anchored in Depth and Jungian psychotherapy, and I incorporate Mindfulness, Existential/Humanistic, Relational, Narrative and Attachment work, along with PACT, a psychobiological approach for couples.

I am also a certified sex therapist and have my certification through AASECT. It is safe to talk about sex.

Sex therapy is the same as psychotherapy in that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are explored and processed through talking.
